Simplified customs procedures.
Since this date, the free movement of goods without customs documents apply between the current 15 member countries of the EU and the 10 new member countries without a transition period.
Consequently, there are no more customs formalities between the 25 member states since the 1st of May and it's not longer necessary to attach commercial invoices or pro forma documents when sending goods to these countries.
